The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal homicide in the evening of Sept. 10.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 4600 block of Gunther Avenue around 8:41 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where an adult man was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where despite medical efforts, he was pronounced deceased.
Homicide Detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
