The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the early morning of July 28.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2900 block of Mosher Street around 4:39 a.m. for reports of a shooting, where 40-year-old Jesse Lancaster Jr. was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
