On June 24, at approximately 10:57 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 2000 block of McKean Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 20-year-old Isaiah Gaines suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
