On June 23, at approximately 11:37 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 400 block of North Montford Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located 35-year-old Paul Foxx suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
