On June 5, at approximately 10:48 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 2000 block of East 31st Street to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located 32-year-old Travis Bell lying on the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
