On April 29, at approximately 10:53 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4700 block of Garrison Boulevard for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 36-year-old female suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound and 42-year-old Anthony Pearson suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and transported both victims to area hospitals for treatment. The unidentified male victim later died from his injuries.
