In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northwest District on March 4, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 24-year-old Antonio Flowers of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Flowers shot the 20-year-old male victim while on the 2000 block of Ashburton Street.
On March 25, 2024, officers located Antonio Flowers standing on the corner of Ashburton Street at Walbrook Avenue. Flowers was taken into custody on the 1700 block of North Braddish Avenue following a short foot pursuit.
Antonio Flowers was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
On March 4, at approximately 2:28 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 2000 block of Ashburton Street for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 20-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
