On March 24, at approximately 11:44 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 6600 block of Vincent Lane for a report of a shooting.
Once at the scene, Baltimore Police Department officers were unable to locate a victim or a crime scene.
While conducting an area canvas, officers located a 17-year-old male victim on the 6500 block of Reisterstown Road, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while on the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road by an unidentified suspect.
