On March 12, Baltimore Police Department detectives arrested 25-year-old Tyquann Flythe of Baltimore.
Detectives believe that Flythe shot a 42-year-old male on March 11 on the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway.
The victim was left in critical condition and was later pronounced deceased.
Detectives transported Flythe to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder and additional charges.
