On March 11, at approximately 7:58 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 42-year-old male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Despite medical efforts, the victim was pronounced dead a short time later at a hospital.
