On Feb. 28, Warrant Apprehension Task Force members arrested a 17-year-old male, 18-year-old Davon Butler and 19-year-old Charles Bowen.
Detectives believe that the 17-year-old male, Butler, and Bowen, were involved in the murder of 19-year-old Darcell Mitchell on Feb. 20 on the 800 block of West Lexington Street.
Baltimore Police Department detectives transported these three suspects to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they have been charged with first-degree murder.
