On Feb. 21, at approximately 7:33 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Belair Road for a report of a fatal crash involving multiple vehicles.
At the scene, a child was pronounced deceased by medics. A second victim who was trapped inside of a vehicle was later pronounced deceased.
Investigators believe speed to be a factor in this fatal crash.
Crash Team detectives are currently investigating this incident.
