Two Dead in Northeast District Shooting

On Feb. 7, at approximately 9:48 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 4400 block of Belair Road to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year-old Ricardo Brooks-Watters and a 40-year-old Odell Curtis suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported both victims to an area hospital, where, despite life-saving measures, both victims were pronounced deceased.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
