On Jan. 29, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 700 block of South Caton Avenue to investigate a call for a two motor vehicle accident.
Upon arrival, officers observed two vehicles involved in a collision. Both vehicles were heavily damaged, leaving one driver of a vehicle, a 29-year-old male, in critical condition. Medics transported the 29-year-old male to the University of Maryland, Shock Trauma, where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the other vehicle remained on the scene.
CRASH team investigation responded and assumed control over this investigation.
