On Jan. 19, at approximately 10:22 p.m., Southern District Officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Pennington Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located 39-year-old Malachi Carter-Bey and 60-year-old Mary Schuman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Both victims were pronounced deceased by medics at the scene.
