Investigators Arrest Suspect in South Eutaw Street Shooting

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Central District, on Nov. 8, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 40-year-old Neisha Jackson.

Investigators learned that Jackson was involved in a road rage incident that began around the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard at West Mulberry Street, between Jackson and the 41-year-old female victim. The victim and the suspect continued the dispute to the 100 block of South Eutaw Street, where Neisha Jackson produced a gun and shot the 41-year-old victim.

Officers arrested Neisha Jackson on the 3000 block of Waterview Avenue and transported her to Central Booking Intake Facility where she has been charged with attempted first-degree and attempted second-degree murder and assault.
