Suspect Arrested in October Murder

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Eastern District on Oct. 6, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 27-year-old Earl Lee of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Lee fatally shot David Boykins while on the 2000 block of Cliftwood Avenue.

On Nov. 8, Regional Auto Theft Taskforce officers arrested Lee while on the 700 block of North Ellwood Street. Detectives transported Lee to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder and multiple handgun violations.

Lee is currently being held on a no-bail status.
