Police Locate Non-Fatal Shooting Victim, Person of Interest

On Nov. 8, at approximately 9:43 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers were on routine patrol on the 400 block of West Pratt Street, when they heard possible gunfire.

Officers canvased the location and located a 41-year-old female suffering from an apparent graze wound to the lower body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Officers were able to locate a possible person of interest in the 3000 block of Waterview Avenue.
