Judge Schedules Trial for Attempted Murder Defendant

First-degree attempted murder defendant Arnold Jackson who is represented by defense attorney Marci T. Johnson received a trial date during an appearance in reception court on Nov. 7.

Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Charles J. Peters scheduled the proceeding for the attempted first-degree murder defendant for Feb. 13, 2024, with Judge Lawerence R. Daniels presiding. The trial is expected to last three days. 

Jackson, 53, is charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of second-degree attempted murder, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of use of a firearm in a violent crime, reckless endangerment, carrying a handgun, having a loaded handgun and discharging a firearm in Baltimore City in connection to a March 23 incident.
