Investigation Begins in South Poppleton Street Shooting

On Nov. 6, at approximately 2:02 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the unit block of South Poppleton Street to investigate a reported shooting incident. 

Once at the location, officers located a 36-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right arm. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Southwest District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2488.
