Western District Officers Investigate Pitcher Street Shooting

On Oct. 18, at approximately 3:08 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers canvassed the area and located evidence of a shooting on the 600 block of Pitcher Street. Officers were then advised that an unidentified male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds was transported to an area hospital. The victim has been listed in stable condition.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
