On Oct. 11, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn scheduled a trial date for 30-year-old rapper Dakas White, who is accused of attempted murder.
He is represented by Stephen Tully.
According to the Maryland Judiciary website, White is charged with attempted first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony violent crime, first- and second-degree assault, firing a gun within Baltimore City, having a handgun on his person, conspiracy to have a handgun on his person, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, conspiracy to use a firearm in a felony violent crime and reckless endangerment in connection to an incident on April 24.
White was offered a plea but he rejected the deal. The details are unknown.
The trial starts on Feb. 12, 2024, before Judge Yvette M. Bryant and is expected to last two days.
White, known professionally and on social media as Yung Inkky, is currently on house arrest pending trial.
