On Oct. 15, at approximately 08:21 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim.
Upon arrival, officers observed 19-year-old Jordan Isiah Wise suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. He later died at a local hospital.
Preliminary Investigation revealed that the incident had occurred in the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace.
Northwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
