On Oct. 3, at approximately 7:07 a.m., Crash Team detectives responded to the 5800 block of Pulaski Highway in reference to a person unresponsive in the median.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located an adult female lying on the exit ramp from Pulaski Highway onto Erdman Avenue. The victim’s injuries were consistent with being struck by a vehicle.
The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office, where the victim was identified as 59-year-old Pauline Allen.
