In reference to the homicide that occurred on Aug. 16 in the Southwest District, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 24-year-old Cedaria Luckey from Randallstown.
Investigators learned that Luckey shot and killed 24-year-old Nykiah Collins while on the 1000 block of W. Baltimore Street.
Detectives arrested Luckey on Sept. 23 and transported her to Central Booking Intake Facility, where she has been charged with first-degree murder.
