On Sept. 6, at approximately 4:27 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of 5th Street and Patapsco Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 23-year-old male and two 18-year-old males suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics transported the three victims to an area hospital to receive treatment for their injuries. One of the 18-year-old males is currently listed in critical condition. The 23-year-old and other 18-year-old male suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident had occurred on the 3600 block of 5th Street.
Southern District detectives with the Baltimore Police Department responded, and homicide detectives were notified due to the critical condition of one of the 18-year-old males.
