On Aug. 3, at approximately 2:00 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Russell Street to investigate a call for a vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, officers observed 27-year-old Christopher Morton suffering from a possible gunshot wound to his head. Medics responded and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
