Eastern District Detectives Open Investigation into Non-Fatal Shooting of 19-Year-Old

On July 1, at approximately 2:08 a.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to an area hospital for reports of a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers interviewed a 19-year-old male victim who said he was in the area of North Central Street and Orleans Street when he heard gunshots.

The victim experienced an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
