Northern District Officers Seeking Information in Fatal Stabbing of Woman on Lorraine Avenue

On June 10, at approximately 6:33 a.m., Northern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 400 block of Lorraine Avenue for a reported stabbing investigation.

Once at the location, officers located 43-year-old Carla Jones victim suffering from an apparent stab wound lying unresponsive inside the residence. Medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased a short time later.

A relative of the victim was taken into custody at the location after admitting to officers that he stabbed the victim.
