Northeast District Officers Open Investigation into Fatal Shooting on Catalpha Road

On June 8, at approximately 8:13 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to a call at the 6200 block of Catalpha Road.

At the location, officers observed 27-year-old Joshua Mickey suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the armpit.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
