Southeast District Investigators Seek Answers in Bonsal Street Homicide Case

On June 5, at approximately 1:02 p.m., Southeast District patrol officer for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 1300 block of Bonsal Street for a report of discharging.

Once there, officers 24-year-old Kelvin Siem, in the rear of the block, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Siem was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
