Northern District Officers Respond to Reports Non-Fatal Shooting Victim at Area Hospital

On June 2, at approximately 11:58 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the intersection of East 27th Street and Barclay Street to investigate a shooting report.

Upon arrival, officers were notified that a victim of a shooting was taken to an area hospital.

Officers arrived at an area hospital and observed a 29-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his left hip and ankle.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 300 block of East 26th Street.

Northern District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
