Officers Open Investigation into Non-Fatal Shooting in Southwest District

On June 3, at approximately 3:49 a.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were patrolling in the Walbrook and West North Avenue area when they heard discharging.

Officers canvassed the area and located a 37-year-old male on the 1800 block of North Ellamont Street suffering from several life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he is in critical condition.

Southwest District shooting responded and assumed control over this investigation.
