On May 27, at approximately 7:31 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 2800 block of Harford Road, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located 38-year-old Otis Toney suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the body.
Toney was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
