Defense counsel Bradley MacFee requested to reschedule a trial because his client recently had a death in his family. .
Donnale Hines, 47, is charged with a firearm/drug trafficking crime, two counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics, five counts of possession with intent to manufacture/distribute/dispense CDS, possession of firearms with a felony conviction, possession of firearms, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, and discharging firearms in connection to an incident on Nov. 2, 2022.
Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn granted the defense request on May 17, which was the original date for Hines’ trial.
The defendant’s trial was rescheduled for June 9 with Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jeannie J. Hong presiding. It is expected to last two days.
