Southern District Detectives Launch Investigation into Non-Fatal Shooting

On May 14, at approximately 4:06 a.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to reports of a discharging on the 800 block of East Pontiac Avenue.

A male victim was located on the 3800 block of Brooklyn Avenue with apparent multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital.

Homicide detectives, Southern District detectives and the Crime Lab responded.
