On April 16, at approximately 8:50 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 200 block of Colvin Street for a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers located 17-year-old Anquan Jackson inside a stolen vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.  That victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

The BPD reported on April 25 that Jackson died from his injuries.

While officers were on the scene, two more shooting victims, ages 15 and 18, walked into an area hospital.

The 15-year-old had been shot in the buttocks. His wound appears to be non-life-threatening.

The 18-year-old male is suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest and is in serious condition.

Due to the seriousness of the first victim’s injury, homicide detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2100.
