On April 15, at approximately 8:50 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 2400 block of Maisel Court for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located at 12-year-old Jaylen Richards who was suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to Shock Trauma where despite doctor’s effort, he died a short time later.
Homicide detectives responded and are investigating this murder.
