Hospital Tends to 15-Year-Old Walk-In Shooting Victim

On April 5, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Southwest District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to an area hospital for a reported walk-in shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 15-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to his thigh. The victim is being treated by medical personnel for his injuries.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 400 block of Chapelgate Road.

Southwest District detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2488.
