The case against 29-year-old Larry Alexander Lee Jr. was dismissed in reception court on Jan. 3 in connection to an attempted murder in October 2021.

Counsel informed Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn of the case’s dismissal during Tuesday’s reception court proceedings.

According to court documents, Baltimore Police went to the 2400 block of Loch Raven Road and were approached by the victim, who had gunshot wounds to his face and arm. After he was taken to a hospital for treatment, the victim told police he was shot on the 2400 block of Brentwood Avenue during an altercation with Lee.

The victim identified the defendant in a photo array.

Lee was represented by defense attorney Roland Harris.
