Central District Detectives Open Investigation into Non-Fatal Shooting

On March 17, at approximately 1:06 a.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and West Fayette Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Officers arrived at the scene and discovered a 31-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Central Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Central District shooting detectives at 410-396-2411
