Non-Fatal Shooting Reported in Eastern District

On March 2, at approximately 10:33 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the area of N. Rose Street and E. Hoffman Street.

Upon arrival, officers located a 40-year-old male who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his left thigh.

The victim was transported to an area hospital by medics, where he is being treated for his injuries.

Eastern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident.
