Woman Walks in Hospital for Treatment Following Shooting on Herndon Court

On Feb. 21, at approximately 2:53 p.m., Southern District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to a nearby hospital for a shooting victim who walked in seeking treatment.

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 32-year-old female suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her right arm.

Preliminary Investigation revealed that the female victim was shot in the 1000 block of Herndon Court inside a residence. This incident is domestic-related, and detectives have a suspect in custody. Charges are forthcoming.

This investigation is currently open and ongoing.
