On Feb. 14, at approximately 6:49 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to a home in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located 22-year-old Terrell Taylor who had been shot in the head.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, the victim was pronounced deceased, as a result of his injuries on Feb. 16.
