Detectives for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are seeking help to identify a suspect in the homicide of Phillip Wallace that occurred on June 30, 2022, in the 4800 block of Pimlico Road.
Investigators need your help identifying the person seen in these photos.
Anyone with information on the identity of this person is asked to contact homicide detectives at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
At 11:06 p.m., on the night of the incident, officers received a call for a shooting in the 2900 block of Thorndale Avenue.
Once there, officers located 31-year-old Phillip Wallace, inside of a vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
Homicide detectives set the location of the homicide to the 4800 block of Pimlico Road.
