On Jan. 25, at approximately 3:04 p.m., Northwest District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to the rear-alley behind the 4300 block of Liberty Heights Avenue near the intersection to investigate a reported shooting.
When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 15-year-old Laron Henderson suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the scene.
Homicide investigators assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
