On Jan. 20, Warrant Apprehension Task Force detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) arrested 49-year-old Freddie Fordham and transferred him to Central Booking Intake Facility and charged with attempted first-degree murder in connection with a non-fatal shooting that occurred in November 2022.
On Nov. 29, 2022, at approximately 11:08 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to the 4000 block of Saint Clair Crossing, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 45-year-old female suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Upon further investigation, detectives were able to determine the shooting occurred following a dispute and identified a suspect. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Fordham on Dec. 4, 2022.
