A 30-year-old man accused of a fatal shooting in 2020 pleaded guilty on Jan. 6 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Robert Taylor.
Defense attorney John Hassett told Baltimore Witness on Jan. 9 that his client, Travion White, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and firearm use in a felony violent crime last week; however, the terms of the sentence are under discussion between Hassett and the prosecution.
According to the Maryland judiciary website, White is scheduled to appear again in court on April 24 at 2 p.m.
Fox45 News previously reported that White was arrested for shooting a 28-year-old man around 7:45 p.m. on July 8, 2020, near N. Kossuth Street. The victim later died at Shock Trauma.
