A 28-year-old man accused of his infant son’s death more than a decade ago is scheduled for a probation violation hearing in May 2023.

Myron Evans was originally set to appear in Baltimore City Circuit Court on Dec. 14 before Judge Anthony Vittoria; however, the hearing was postponed to May 23, 2023.

According to WBAL TV, Evans was charged with first-degree child abuse resulting in the death of his 5-month-old son, Aaron, on Jan. 20, 2012, on the 3000 block of Baker Street. It was later discovered that the boy had suffered a brain injury.
