Eastern District Officers Investigate Fatal Shooting of 36-Year-Old Male

The Baltimore Police Department’s (BPD) Eastern District homicide detectives are looking for answers involving a murder that occurred on Dec. 1.

On Thursday, at approximately 7:10 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 5000 block of East Monument Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located 36-year-old Ralph Johnson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he later died.
